Matt and Molly hung out with the same friend group in high school. Molly always thought Matt was cute and outgoing, while Matt admitted to thinking she was cute, but not remembering her name! They started talking at a NYE party, where Matt asked Molly for advice on another girl. They both ended up kissing other people at midnight. Once back from Winter Break, Matt asked for Molly's number and they started talking and texting every day.

Their first un-official date was at Matt's house where they watched a movie, The Book Of Eli. Their first official date was at the movies. Thankfully Molly's parents were not there to interrogate Matt, but Molly's Dad did leave a threatening, but funny note.

Matt asked Molly to be his girlfriend by writing on a Five Guys receipt. Molly threw it away without realizing, which Matt then had to explain later on in the night.

They officially started dating on 2/17/12 and have been growing up and doing life together ever since.
